This Privacy Policy describes how Nurixis collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information through the current Nurixis marketing website, including the early-access and contact workflows available on the site.

This Privacy Policy does not govern a future production Nurixis software service unless and until Nurixis publishes separate service-specific privacy terms, data processing terms, or other contractual documentation.

We may collect personal information you provide directly to us and technical information collected automatically when you use the site.

Nurixis may use personal information to operate the site, respond to inquiries, review early-access requests, communicate with interested users, improve the site and product planning process, protect the security and integrity of the site, enforce our legal terms, comply with law, and exercise or defend legal rights.
