These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nurixis website, including any pages, forms, previews, content, communications, and early-access materials made available through the site.

By accessing or using the site, submitting information through the site, or communicating with Nurixis in connection with the site or early-access program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

The site is a marketing and informational website for a product that remains in development. The site is not the production Nurixis software application and does not provide account access, subscription rights, or a live hosted service environment.

No statement on the site creates a binding obligation to make the Nurixis platform available to you, to provide any particular functionality, or to enter into any commercial relationship. Any future access to a Nurixis service may be subject to separate written agreements.

Nurixis is under active development. Any reference on this website to product features, modules, workflows, integrations, previews, launch timing, architecture, security controls, compliance capabilities, availability, performance characteristics, or future roadmap items is provided solely for general informational purposes.

All such references are preliminary, non-binding, and subject to change, limitation, delay, suspension, or discontinuation at any time, with or without notice. Nothing on the site constitutes a warranty, representation, service-level commitment, development covenant, or promise that any described capability will be released in the form described, on the timeline described, or at all.

You agree not to rely on the site as the basis for any purchasing, procurement, compliance, implementation, staffing, budgeting, or operational decision without separate written confirmation from Nurixis.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and only in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, related systems, or supporting infrastructure.

Submitting a request for early access, launch updates, or other contact through the site does not guarantee acceptance, invitation, availability, response timing, or future product access. Nurixis may accept, defer, prioritize, or decline requests in its sole discretion.

If you provide contact information, you authorize Nurixis to contact you about your request, product research, launch updates, product announcements, and related business communications. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or by contacting Nurixis directly.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, comments, requests, feedback, workflow descriptions, or other submissions to Nurixis, you grant Nurixis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and otherwise exploit those submissions for any lawful business purpose, without compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.

You must not submit information that you are not legally permitted to disclose. Unless Nurixis expressly agrees otherwise in writing, do not submit confidential, export-controlled, regulated, or legally restricted information through the public website forms.

The site and its content, including text, branding, names, logos, graphics, user interface elements, software, design, and compilation, are owned by Nurixis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, Nurixis grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the site for your internal informational purposes. No other right, title, or license is granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

The site may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services for convenience only. Nurixis does not control and is not responsible for third-party materials, terms, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy.

Your use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, COMMUNICATIONS, PREVIEWS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NURIXIS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND THAT THE SITE OR ANY DESCRIPTION OF FUTURE PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NURIXIS AND ITS AFFILIATES, FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF NURIXIS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nurixis and its affiliates, founders, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your misuse of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Nurixis may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the site at any time and without liability. Nurixis may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the site. The updated Terms will become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
